I am a Trauma Healing Coach dedicated to helping high-achieving adults heal the hidden wounds of childhood emotional neglect and release the patterns that still control their lives—long after childhood ended.

If you’re successful on the outside but constantly anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected in your relationships… you’re not alone. And you’re not broken.

Many of my clients grew up in homes where their emotional needs were ignored, dismissed, or punished.
Now, as adults, they often:

  • Struggle with low self-worth or perfectionism even though outwardly successful

  • Feel emotionally stuck, numb, or deeply anxious

  • Repeat the same painful relationship dynamics

  • Push themselves to achieve, but still don’t feel fulfilled

That’s the impact of emotional neglect—not what happened, but what was missing.

My work helps you gently reconnect with your emotions, rewire the beliefs and protective patterns keeping you stuck, and create a life that feels calm, grounded, and authentically yours.

I use an integrated, body-mind approach that combines trauma-informed techniques with subconscious belief work and lifestyle healing.

Emotional & Trauma Recovery
I help adults process unresolved emotional pain—especially from childhood—and release nervous system patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

Subconscious Belief Rewiring
Using belief-mapping, EFT tapping, and somatic work, I guide clients to reprogram deeply held beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t matter.”

Nervous System Regulation
My trauma work is grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model and informed by my training in EMDR using bilateral tapping techniques. I also incorporate mindfulness, visualization, and safe place resourcing.

Primal Health Coaching
As a certified Primal Health Coach, I support healing through lifestyle changes—focusing on nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress reduction to regulate the nervous system and support emotional balance.

Life & Identity Realignment
Many of my clients are in a season of change—divorce, career shift, burnout, spiritual awakening. I help them reconnect to who they are beneath their trauma, conditioning, or survival roles.
